Terms & Conditions (Please Read)

$150 deposit (for concierge/transportation) cannot be claimed on health fund. If health fund covers remaining $250 or more, you will pay $0 gap. Any excess is not refunded and not out as credit. If your health fund covers less than the remaing $250, you will be required to pay the difference. If you are not with a health fund, the flat rate remaining will be $250.

If no X-rays are taken the price remains the same, with no further discounts. Same price for kids and adults. If you have booked an appointment prior to May 2, 2024 you will be eligible for this special offer. Major health funds accepted. Gap payments may apply depending on your cover for treatments. X-rays will not be charged as they will incur a fee of $0 for this offer. Any additional X-rays will be charged normal pricing. You will be informed at your visit whether you require further X-rays.

Concierge/transfers will be arranged by iDental Surgery. Patient must provide their full correct address/es prior to their  first appointment. iDental Surgery does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage caused during transfers to and from appointment. If total cost of transfers (either way) exceed $150 limit, the Patient will be required to pay the difference to iDental Surgery. If transfer is missed or any unrelated issue caused by the transfer company, or due to the Patient not being available in time, the deposit amount will not be refunded. Deposit amount of $150 is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

This offer is strictly available to new patients only. Existing patients will be charged a different rate.
