Lip Enhancement

Lip Enhancement is best achieved using the most up-to-date techniques and a combination of both threads and lip filler. Dr Vicky uses an amazing combination of rejuvenating threads that dissolve and Hyaluronic Acid lip filler injections to create amazing natural-looking youthful lips. These are administered at separate visits, two weeks apart. If you have undergone anti-wrinkle injections, you will wait two weeks until you can have your lip enhancement.

What results should I expect?

Dr. Vicky strives to restore nature and achieve a natural result. Unlike many celebrity lips, your lips will not look overinflated or unnatural. They will look refreshed, more plump and aesthetically pleasing. Results are immediate. Though, transient swelling is present. Best results are achieved over the next 6-8 weeks as your body will produce collagen and you’ll have renewed skin in the area.

What you may feel during the procedure

You will have local anaesthetic administered to help numb your mouth prior to any lip procedures. This will make the visit very comfortable. You may feel temporary discomfort in the injected areas and pressure of the material filling the area.

How many visits are required?

Usually 2 visits two weeks apart and a review visit are required to achieve amazing lips.

What should I expect afterwards?

Immediately after your lip enhancement you will have swelling and a numb face. Swelling usually subsides within a week or so. You will also likely have bruising at the sites of injections, which again usually resolves within about a week. Lip threads can cause random zap feelings of your lips within the first few months. The threads usually dissolve by the 5 month mark. Please be familiar with detailed information about face thread lifts by clicking here.
